primary legislation of the Colony between the Revised Edition and 16 August

Leg 1954 Rev Ed Subsidiary Legislation of Cyprus Revised Edition 1954 which
brought together most secondary legislation of the Colony. Instruments in this Revised Edition were not
numbered, so page numbering is given instead;

Leg xx/xx Subsidiary Legislation of Cyprus annual editions, mainly for
1954-1960, but including some pre-1954 instruments not included in the 1954
Revised Edition.
3. Legislation marked with an * includes
provisions in relation to which functions have been delegated to the Republic
in accordance with section 24 of the Delegation of Functions to the Republic
Ordinance 2007 (Ordinance 17/07). The legislation is also listed in
Schedules 1 and 2 of that Ordinance.
4. Any legislation enacted before 9
November 1987 that provides for a fine is liable to have had that fine
increased by the Increase of Fines Ordinance 1987 (Ordinance 21/87).
